U-Match.net Sign-up



Follow these quick four steps to sign-up for U-Match.net!

Step 1: Verification



Before we begin, we need you to enter in your University of Washington email address. This is to verify that you attend the UW. If are concerned about giving out your email address, please read our privacy policy. We promise not to send you any junk mail or give your email address to third-parties!

We will be sending you an email with a hyperlink that will activate your account.


Step 2: Choose a Username



Your username is what you use to login to U-Match. It also doubles as your own personal SocialJournal (or "weblog") if you wish, which can be used to post entries in communities such as uw. You may use a nickname, alias/handle, real name, or whatever suits you.

Choose wisely! This is how other people will identify you!

Username:
 Allowed characters: a-z, 0-9, "_" (underscore)
Your optional journal/weblog will be created at:
http://www.socialjournal.com/users/username

If you already have a SocialJournal, please login on the main page to setup your U-Match account.


Step 3: Select a Password



Your password must be at least 6 characters long and have some numbers in it.
For additional security, it should also be different than your school password.
